Using public art to amplify a critical mission

With Eastie Farm, we connected public art with the work of growing food and caring for the neighborhood. Through HarborArts, we helped design and produce Harvest, bringing artists into gardens and Boston Public Schools to work with students on ideas about food, pollinators and the environment. Those conversations became the starting point for murals on their own school walls.

Through this community-driven public art process, young participants find their creative voice and help inspire future generations to protect the planet—starting right in their own backyard.
